I dont know if the problem will persist but right now the app doesnt work with iOS 10 which erases the camera and apps purpose. Hope it will be repaired soon!

Ios10 is no longer compatible with nx3000 and the smart app. Update the app otherwise whats the purpose????

"Wireless connection not available" > no Samsung, not supporting your customers is really not smart. Before ever buying Samsung only devices, I throw away the outdated / no more supported camera.

Does not work with my iPhone 6s Plus. The phone wont connect to the cameras wifi to get pictures off of the camera. Boo-urns!!!

Please update your app or offer a solution ~ever since the new iOS update my NX mini is now a garbage ! I cant transfer my pictures to phone anymore !

Please give us an update on the app, otherwise its garbage. Everything was working great on my iPad Air until the most recent operating system update.

Really?! You cant fix this or wont fix it. I was thinking of buying a Samsung phone but not now! Poor app updates and bug fixes show lax customer support and usually mean poor customer service...

Now that I have a 7 with the IOS 10, app no longer works.

This app would be better if its updated so it can be used with iOS10. Every since the update the camera isnt picked up by the phone

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if it will work with my IOS10 sadly I have to do it the old school way and load them onto my computer.. could of not of gotten a wifi camera if it not going to work with my current iOS update

Would be nice if the developers would update the app to work with the newer ISO. No update in over a year. Cant get wifi to connect since the change in ISO

Samsung seems to have abandoned its camera software. There are no updates.

Before installing the update on iOS 10 the app was working perfectly, all of a sudden it stop working. Follow these steps and it should work as usual: Connect to your camera Wifi, on your right corner you would see a "i" select that and then copy your IP address into your DNS address go back to the SamsungSmartCameraApp and it should work as usual.

Does its job fine but until iOS10 update where they implemented something about all wifi connections I can no longer to use it to transfer file from Camera to the phone. It would be that I dont know how to configure it or Samsung needs to take a look at it
