Samsung SMART CAMERA App App Reviews

Cant give less than one star for this lousy useless app; cant transfer anything from camera to phone, crashes every time and I too have to eject the battery of the camera to restart, otherwise camera freezes. Such terrible customer experience, totally regret buying the Samsung NX3000.

Takes some patience, as instructions are poor. I finally got files transferred from my camera to the iPhone. Hurray!

Dont even waste your time. This app should never have been released. It pops up an unclickable modal dialog and must be terminated. So thats pretty awful. And in order to use camera-to-app xfer mode, you have to join a private wifi network hosted by your camera. Even though your camera is already on your homes wifi network with you. But lets create a new one. This app is possibly the worst app Ive ever downloaded from the App Store.

Was much easier to use than I anticipated.

After many months or years of complaining, the app finally works again just as it did the first time when I got the camera. Im very happy that I no longer have to carry an iPad connector to transfer photos. Good job Samsung, you finally fixed it. Yes, the app can be better but Ill take this over it not working at all. The app could run in the background (so you can do something else on the phone in the meantime, especially when transferring a lot of pictures), and the app could use features like geotagging.....but again, I rather it works than not.

Not sure if this app isnt working because of the iso9 or not. But its not connecting therefore renders this service for my camera unusable. Please fix!

As soon as I hit send from the camera the app crashes.

When you try zooming in using Remote Viewfinder, the app crashes every single time.

App no longer works with my iPad, it freezes up. Please fix. Ive uninstalled the app twice and reinstalled it, but it still will not work.

App crashes right away just when transferring a photo

The app was never great but it worked now it doesnt...

This app works perfectly! All these people who are complaining just have a problem with their device and blame it on the app!

Too bad cause NX1 is a nice camera. App says not connected to camera, when Im clearly connected via wi-fi.

This app is really not working the way is should I hope they will try to fix it.

It works the first time, its not connecting anymore after ios 9 ,fix it!

Not for an ipad. It uses a tiny portion of the total screen real estate. Obviously written with only iphone screens in mind. Such a novice coding error.

App will not display correctly on two different iPads. All I can see are the selections of "select all" and copy, and they are displayed on the upper left corner. I cant see where I can select individual pics to transfer from camera to iPad. Same app on iPhone works correctly. Please fix !

No issues on my iphone6

I was having the same issue of the app crashing after trying to send files after it worked perfectly. So I formatted the SD card from the camera and it worked perfect again
