This is the whole reason I purchased the Samsung camera when a new model came out and now the app is worthless

Used to work great, last couple of months it says I am not connected to wifi. Got a new phone, reinstalled same problem. With all the complaints on here you would think they would get it fixed!

There are several posts regarding this app not working properly. I bought the Samsung NX3000 camera and one of the main features that was advertised was it having a mobile link. In iOS world thats a great thing because I dont have to pull the memory card out to get my files to my device. Well, the MobileLink feature simple does not work. First, setting it up is not easy, second, it simply doesnt connect. Question Samsung, were is the fix? You are a big company, put some resources to this. I simply cannot recommend your photography products to any of my friends if this is how you treat your customers. Ill check back in a month, if this isnt resolved I am going to forward this to the Apple team that approves iOS apps and recommend its removal for the AppStore.

Simple app. It works as advertised.

There is a big problem. Its impossible to transfer pictures because of new IOS.

This app needs a new update to work with iOS 8.

This update enable the iPhone to works great with a Nx300m. These connection is a little bit annoying, because the iOS limitation. I have to disconnect my wifi internet and connect the camera by ad-hoc wifi connection. But it works fine.

Dawn! Many users told you, that there problems with this App! We spend a lot of money for our cameras and now we want a solution!!

Update for 1.3.1: Basic functionality & transfer now ok but... Zoom does not work at all, just shows message "Zoom already in use" before disconnecting/crashing. [WB800F, iPhone 4, IOS 7.1.2] Old review: This used to be a great app... But version 1.3.0 does not work at all on my iPhone 4 under iOS 7.1.2. Some bugs fixed, one very serious bug created? Plenty of users seem to have the same issue, which has not been addressed in the 2 months since release. If the software is not going to get fixed, please make the older (working!) versions available again!

The app does not work as it should be. When I try to transfer a picture from the camera to the the iPhone the app crashes all the time. Please fix it!

This app is a piece of garbage. I cant ever get past the first page with a bunch of Korean writing on it.

This app does exactly what its supposed to. Works great. Sweet app.

I can use the remote viewfinder on my iphone4, operate zoom and take 1 picture. Then the app gets stuck spinning saying Capturing. The camera got the photo and they are only a few inches away, not sure what the bug in the app is. Would also be nice to shoot Video but there is no option.

This application does not work with the Samsung Galaxy Smart Camera! So it does nothing like advertised yet! And it is not yet a app for Samsung Smart Camera! They need to support EK-GC100 to actually be a samsung art camera app.

Im sure this works great on an iPhone but it has little to offer with iPad since the last update. I can barely see the picture Im going to take and you cant position the iPad in landscape. For remote viewing an area in your home its like looking at a postage stamp. If this app worked well on iPad Id rate it much higher.

Bought smart camera WB800F, established wifi connection between camera & Iphone4 (IOS 7.0.4) with this App, transfer completed or copied but no pictures on App. Samsung support blames Apple. Whose fault? Please fix.
