This app just doesnt work....

Unfortunately this app appears incompatible with iOS8, but even prior it’s a very unstable app, would like to see Samsung come out with a more polished app for it’s cameras.

Im traveling in Europe, my ipad updated to iOS8 and this app not working anymore... I now cant transfer my photo, thank you Samsung, dev preview has been out for like 6 months...

Please update for ios8 and this would get 5 stars

Can you please provide a bug fix asap. I use this app for my business and am now at a loss! Must appreciated. Awesome app if not using iOS 8

Direct link function on my camera is literally useless now...... I only use it to transfer photos onto my phone album

It was working perfectly fine but when i updated to IOS 8 it stopped working, and it also wont upload to my computer, there are so very important files on there that i need to upload for work!!! PLEASE UPDATE SAMSUNG

Why is my smart camera (NX-20), not compatible with this app? It really doesnt make sense. Please fix this!

I updated this a couple weeks ago, I have IOS 6.1 and when I connected it to add 3-7 photos onto my phone, the app quit and the camera said transfer failed - right now I have to use my phone and I am not happy about it. This camera I got for my birthday and I love the camera but this app needs to support iOS 6 too and make this problem better so it will send photos to my phone. HORRIBLE UPDATE

I first used this App over a year ago, on my iPhone 5 with iOS 7, to work with a WB800F Smart camera. It worked well for all stated functions at that time (copying pictures over WiFi, Remote Viewfinder, etc). Unfortunately, it now has some issues when running on iOS 8. Copying pictures to iPhone over WiFi and Remote Backup to computer over WiFi both still work OK. But, the Remote Viewfinder function only partially works. You can take a picture of what the camera is pointing at, but if you touch the Zoom button, the App crashes. Shouldn’t be too hard to fix this. Please do so soon.

I can get the app to work properly on my iPhone, but not my iPad, where I really want it. When on the picture selection screen, the dialogue box is stuck in the upper right corner, and completely unusable. To get my pictures on my iPad, Im stuck transferring them to my iPhone, then use the Photo Transfer app to get them from my iPhone to iPad.

I am very disappointed I cannot use this app anymore. It is my only way to transfer photos from my samsung camera to my phone. The app will not allow me to use it, please fix it soon.

Last upgrade put this app out of commission, at least on my iPhone. Crashes on opening. Please fix.

The picture on my iPad Air2 is tiny and useless app. We need a functioning remote viewer for our pole cameras.

Using an iPad mini 3 running the latest iOS (as of the date of writing) and the app simply does not function. I couldnt close a pop up message because the screen was out of proportion and wouldnt let me resize. The old stand alone apps, mobile link and remote viewfinder was better!

Samsung this app is really important for me and ı use it allways when ı go somewhere for take pictures. But app giving me black screen eror from ios 8. Please solve this problem! Cam owners need your update!!! :)
