App will not allow me to transfer from my smart phone to the camera. Help Help Help

"Absolute garbage" would be the most accurate description. Shame on you, Samsung programmers! When you open the app, it shows a couple of dialogues, you click on OK, and then you are presented with a final, tiny screen in the top left corner. It only has "select all" and "cancel" buttons, but those buttons do nothing. Theres also a portion of a dialogue visible in the corner, but you cannot click on OK to make it go away. So, it connects to my camera wifi, but it cannot access any photos. Useless. Fix it!

This app works great, it does what its supposed to do (transfer photos to your device). Interface couldve looked more professional and whats with all of the pop ups. All in all it does what its supposed to but I feel it needs improvements for the app itself.

The idea is great of course! But then I transfer more than 1 file and it just stops working. My camera freezes because of it and I have to remove the battery to reset. Really frustrating. Please fix this! The main reason I got this camera was to use wifi to send it to my phone.

If there is 0 start, I will not give it 1 start!!!!!!!! Bad design, It just like 90s. Also when I want connect my NX Mini to my phone, it doesnt work, also camera and this app die in the same time! Samsung please check it out, your app is not OK for users!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im so disappointed in this app it crashes every time after it connects to the phone and it freezes the phone and it wont shut off. Please Samsung fix this app, as a user with limited computer access this is extremely frustrating.

I purchased a nx2000 camera specifically because of the remote viewfinder feature, because I need to take videos with the camera suspended out of reach. However, this ridiculous app only lets you take pictures, and gives you exactly TWO settings: would you like your picture big or small? Not one other thing can be changed from this app! Ridiculous and I will be returning the camera.

This app crashes every time I connect to my Galaxy Camera!..App works fine on Samsung device, but on both my iPhone and iPad, connects then crashes!..come on Apple...

Has worked ONE time for me since I bought it a year ago. The app ALWAYS crashes and your camera will be left in limbo until you force eject the battery. Worst app ever.

Bought the Samsung w350f smart camera so I could transfer pictures wirelessly. Utterly useless since this all doesnt work. I can see the pics on my phone, however I can only view them and theres no way or option to actually copy them to my phone. So disappointing.

i just wish the app does better job seamlessly connecting with the camera and transporting images to my phone without any hassle. i honestly dont know whether Samsung cares about this app at all.. and its quite unstable to move videos to my phone due to some size limit...which is not even clear

its not working at all. i have the samsung nx-3000. i press the play button that makes the pictures send and once i press it this app on my iphone 5s automatically closes out. please fix it

I used the app with a camera I recently bought for my wife and the app works just the way its supposed to. Transfers photos easily and is simply to figure out. The pop up windows at the beginning were annoying and but overall the app is great.

When it works, its an awesome thing to have. Dont need to download the photos to the computer in order to upload them into my phone. Sent directly via did or NFC on the Samsung phones, but this app keeps crashing especially when I am transferring large amounts of files. Im on a trip and love to post the photos (good quality) right away. But this is proving more and more difficult when the app crashes and I dont know how far the photos went or in what order.. Otherwise, transfer 10 at a time and should be fine .

When you open the apps. All the interface elements minimize to the top left of the screen and you basically cannot touch any of the interface to transfer photo

I have an NX3300 and downloaded the app to use with my iPhone 6 Plus and its doing a great job now. I love it.
